Delete in the app
Open Profile (Profilis) → Delete account (Ištrinti paskyrą) and confirm. This deletes the account’s birth details, chart, personal readings, conversations and content reports.
Request deletion without the app
Email us with the subject “Astravija: account deletion”. Include your sign-in email or account ID if available. If you have an anonymous account, we will help verify ownership. Do not send passwords or card details. We respond within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel through Apple or Google Play. Store payment records remain subject to the store’s retention rules.
