Journal on this device
The free journal works without an account or birth details. To remove one entry, open Journal and use its delete button. To remove all entries, open Profile → Clear journal and confirm. You can share a text copy from Profile before changing devices. Entries are stored locally; support cannot recover or remotely erase them.
Delete in the app
Open Profile (Profilis) → Settings (Nustatymai) → Delete account (Ištrinti paskyrą) and confirm. This deletes the account’s birth details, chart, personal readings, conversations and content reports.
Request deletion without the app
Email us with the subject “Astravija: account deletion”. Include your sign-in email or account ID if available. If you have an anonymous account, we will help verify ownership. Do not send passwords or card details. We respond within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel through Apple or Google Play. Store payment records remain subject to the store’s retention rules.
